In my riddles the comments are (most of my games get 2,000 - 5,000 comments or more) free for everyone to read and to post comments on (and still there for later players, years and years after release). So, no secret pm hints please and... no hints from the maker (if a maker has to give hints it's simply a bad level and those hints should have been on the level in the first place).
